Each session will last for approximately 50 minutes. The consultation at the beginning of your first treatment will take about 10 minutes to complete.
Is the treatment painful?
You may experience some soreness/tenderness on reflex points. Make the reflexologist aware of this because it will allow her to give extra attention to these points and encourage them to come back into balance.
How often should I have a treatment?
If you have a specific ailment that needs attention, weekly treatments are recommended. However, if you just want a general treatment to promote well being then monthly treatments should be sufficient.
Are their any side effects?
Reflexology, Reiki & Indian Head Massage are gentle, non-invasive treatments. During and after the treatment, you may feel tingly, lightheaded or even experience 'fluey' symptoms. These reactions to the treatment will disappear within a day or two and are simply part of the natural healing process.
